Alpha Fidelis is a surrogacy and egg donation agency. We facilitate matching, coordination, and support services between intended parents, egg donors, sperm donors, and gestational surrogates. We are not a medical provider, fertility clinic, or law firm. All medical procedures are performed by licensed fertility clinics, and all legal agreements are drafted by independent licensed reproductive attorneys.

Participation in any of our programs is subject to eligibility screening, availability, mutual agreement between parties, and applicable federal and state law. Submission of an inquiry or application through this Site does not guarantee enrollment in any program.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, photography, and design — is the property of Alpha Fidelis or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
