   Phone screening — 2 business days

   A coordinator calls to introduce themselves, hear your story, and answer your questions. No pressure. No judgment. Just a real conversation.

   Medical records review

   If there's mutual interest, we request obstetric records from your prior deliveries. Our team and an IVF physician review them for medical pre-qualification.

   Matching

   Once pre-qualified, we begin presenting your profile to intended parents. You always choose who you match with.
