Effective Date: July 9, 2026

Alpha Fidelis ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at alpha-fidelis.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal data. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Name, email address, and phone number submitted through our contact or inquiry forms
  • Your role or interest (e.g., intended parent, prospective egg donor, sperm donor, or surrogate)
  • Any additional information you include in a message or application

Information collected automatically:

  • IP address and approximate geographic location (used only to pre-select your phone country code in our contact form, via the ipapi.co service)
  • Browser type, device type, and pages visited — collected through standard server logs
  • Cookies necessary for basic site functionality (no tracking or advertising cookies are placed without your consent)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about our programs
  • Evaluate your interest in becoming an egg donor, sperm donor, surrogate, or as an intended parent
  • Schedule consultations and follow up on applications
  • Improve the functionality and content of our website
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own marketing purposes.

3. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate our website or communicate with you (e.g., email delivery providers). These parties are bound by confidentiality obligations and may not use your data for any other purpose.
  • Legal requirements: If required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal process (such as a subpoena or court order).
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

In the course of a surrogacy or donation program, certain information about participants is shared between parties only with explicit written consent as part of the matching and legal agreement process.

4. Cookies

Our website uses cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function (e.g., session cookies). We do not currently use advertising, analytics tracking, or retargeting cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and request your consent where required by law.

5. Third-Party Services

Our Site uses the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • ipapi.co: Used to detect your approximate country based on IP address in order to pre-fill the phone country code field in our contact form. No personally identifiable information is sent to this service.
  • Google Fonts: Used to load typography. Google may collect limited data as part of font delivery; see Google's privacy policy for details.
  • Cloudflare: Our hosting and CDN provider. Cloudflare may log traffic data for security purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain inquiry and application information for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if you proceed with a program, for the duration of our business relationship and any applicable legal retention periods. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 8).

7. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We encourage you not to submit sensitive medical or financial information through our general contact form.

8. Your Rights (California Residents — CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

  • Right to Know: You may request information about the categories of personal information we have collected about you and the purposes for which we use it.

  • Right to Correct: You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: Given the nature of our services, we may collect sensitive personal information, including health and reproductive information. You may request that we limit our use of this information to what is necessary to provide our services.
  • Right to Opt-Out: We do not sell or share personal information. You do not need to opt out of a sale or share.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 10. We will respond to verified requests within 45 days.
