We are more than a matching agency. Our team brings together decades of combined experience in surrogacy coordination, reproductive nursing, legal support, and family advocacy.
Sarah Ying Asano
Program Director
Ying has been coordinating surrogacy and egg donation cases since 2013. She holds an MBA from UC San Diego (Rady School of Management) and a degree in Human Development. Every case that comes through Alpha Fidelis passes through her hands — and she takes that responsibility personally.
Jonathan Puente
Outreach & Intake Specialist
Jonathan has accompanied surrogates to screenings and appointments, coordinated directly with IVF clinics and medical teams, and worked with intended parents from their very first inquiry. He is usually the first person an applicant speaks with, and he takes that first impression seriously.
Joey
Outreach & Intake Specialist
Joey works with prospective surrogates during the application and early screening stages — answering the questions people are sometimes afraid to ask, and making sure no one feels lost in the process before they have even started.
Vania Larson
RN — Intake & Medical Records Administrator
Vania is a Registered Nurse with over a decade in labor and delivery, fluent in English and Spanish. She reviews surrogate medical records, manages admissions, and brings a nurse's eye for detail to a process where accuracy matters enormously.
Steff Alvarado
Senior Case Coordinator
Steff has spent over four years coordinating surrogacy cases. Born and raised in Mexico, she has a particular ease with families from diverse backgrounds — making people feel at home in a process that can feel overwhelming at the start.
Crystal Hsu
Senior Case Manager
Crystal has been working in fertility since 2017. She stays in touch with many of the families and surrogates she's worked with long after the case closes — a habit that says more about her than her job title does.

Marketing Director
Taylor has spent years marketing across the reproductive health space — IVF clinics, fertility labs, surrogacy, and egg donation programs. He understands how to reach people who are searching for something they rarely talk about openly, and he approaches that responsibility with care.
TieCheng
Marketing & Advertising Specialist
TieCheng runs paid advertising across Meta, Instagram, and TikTok — often the first thing that brings a surrogate or donor to Alpha Fidelis. He tests constantly, adjusts quickly, and knows how to reach people from very different walks of life.
Jessica Pereira
Multimedia Production Specialist
Jessica is the photographer and filmmaker behind Alpha Fidelis's visual content. She holds a degree in Media Communications and Film Production, and her work spans documentaries, commercials, and the social posts that put a human face on what we do.
Matthew Ceja
IT Infrastructure
Matthew keeps the systems running — from the internal tools our coordinators depend on to the platforms that surrogates and intended parents use throughout their case. When something breaks at 11pm, he is the one who fixes it.
