Surrogate Compensation

You Deserve to Be Well Compensated

We believe surrogates should feel valued, supported, and financially secure throughout their journey.

Quick Answer

Gestational surrogates in California earn $50,000+ (first-time) or $60,000+(experienced) in base compensation. On top of base pay, intended parents cover all medical expenses, health and life insurance, independent legal representation, travel, lost wages, and monthly allowances — typically adding $20,000–$35,000 in additional value over the course of the journey.
