Anonymous Donor
Selected from a sperm bank or our donor network. You receive a detailed profile — medical history, physical characteristics, education, and personal statement — but neither party knows the other's identity.

Your coordinator reviews your situation and recommends whether to use a sperm bank, our donor network, or a known donor. We help you understand the screening standards and legal implications of each option.
Donor Selection
You receive access to donor profiles and select a candidate. For bank donors, samples are ordered once you confirm your choice. For known donors, we coordinate the intake and screening process.
Medical Screening & Legal
All donors are FDA-screened for infectious disease. Known donors undergo the same panel as anonymous donors. Legal agreements are signed before any samples are used.
Fertilization & Transfer
Donor sperm is used to fertilize eggs via IVF (or IUI if applicable). Resulting embryos can be transferred immediately or frozen for later use. PGT genetic testing is available.
